OffWatermark provides an online tool to extract watermark-free videos from Jimeng (即梦) AI-generated content. The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial use. 2. User Accounts2. 用户账号
To use the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment platforms. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or any other sensitive financial information. ⚠ One-Time Purchases (Starter Pack — 100 Credits):
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, the credits are immediately added to your account and cannot be reversed, transferred, or converted to cash. Please make sure you understand this before purchasing.⚠ 一次性购买（入门包 — 100次额度）：

⚠ Monthly & Annual Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (i.e., the end of the current month or year you have already paid for). You will continue to enjoy full access until that date. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused time within the current billing cycle. The cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.⚠ 月付与年付订阅：

Exception: If you experience a verified technical issue that completely prevents you from using the Service (e.g., a server-side bug that blocks all extractions), you may contact us within 7 calendar days of the issue occurring at support@offwatermark.com. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
